Golfers like everyone else are busy people. That’s why golf exercises at home is a good idea. They’re convenient, quick, easy, and can make a dramatic impact on your golf swing. This saves you time on driving to a gym, let alone saving you money on not paying for a gym membership.
When I put together all of my golf exercise products (ebooks, DVDs, books), I made a point to create programs that were to be done at home with minimal and very affordable equipment. Taking up only about 70 square feet of room, allowing you to do it in your living room, den, office, or even your bedroom.
Here’s a perfect example (see picture below) of a golf exercise you can do in your home, that will have a profound impact on your golf swing.
I call it the Seated Twist (Rotation) Golf Stretching Exercise

This is a very simple stretch you can do while you’re in front of your computer; even watching the television; or while you’re sitting in the golf cart before or during a round.
This is a perfect example of a simple golf stretching exercise that takes 15 seconds out of your day, but if you did it daily, you’d see a tremendous improvement in your backswing and through swing range of motion.
